New Business Development Manager

 

We are a well-established family business with over 20 years in the Event and Commercial Cleaning Industries.

Role

We are know looking to further develop our Midlands region   Birmingham , Cannock , Walsall & Wolverhampton 

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be using your existing knowledge of the market to generate new leads and bring in new clients through a combination of cold-calling, direct marketing, tender writing and helping to develop our online presence. 

Essential Skills

If you have previous business development or sales experience, selling facilities management, but ideally candidates will have good knowledge of cleaning services & contracts.

You will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Proven record of success in new business sales
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in contract cleaning
  • An existing network of contacts and an in-depth knowledge of the market
  • Be ambitious, self-motivated and hard-working
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to sell to customers in both the public and private sectors

Remuneration and Hours

  • Circa 37 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday - office in Walsall
  •  Basic + Commission + Bonus 
  • Company Car + Company Mobile
